Michelle Solomon-Baksh is Co-Course Director Criminal Practice & Procedure course (Six-Month Programme). In 2001, Ms. Solomon-Baksh obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Upper Second Class Hons) from The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados, and was awarded the Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies in 2003.

Ms. Solomon-Baksh is a former attorney-at-law at Alpha Chambers, Trinidad and Tobago, where she was Advocate Counsel at the Assizes and Court of Appeal.

In 2017, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Police Complaints Authority, Trinidad and Tobago.

Ms. Solomon-Baksh is also a former Executive Member of the Criminal Bar Association, Trinidad and Tobago.
