Before purchasing merchandise, making donations, or making payments for any other reason, you are required to carefully review the payment details.

Refunds & Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in our general Terms and Condition, all sales are completely NON-REFUNDABLE. Policies set forth by The Eugene Dupuch Law School’s affiliates, including venues, promoters and event organizers, generally prohibit issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made for or lost, stolen,(damaged or destroyed in terms of tickets or merchandise). You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to items you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact The Eugene Dupuch Law School to seek a refund or exchange and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase products from the site. Should you do so, your purchase may be canceled, and The Eugene Dupuch Law School may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor reserved and future purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the site.

Payments & Automatic/Recurring Payments

In order to make a payment to or purchase from the Eugene Dupuch Law School you must use Visa/Mastercard as your payment processor.

An Automatic/Recurring Payment is a payment that occurs at regular or predetermined intervals over a specified time period. Periodic donations to the Eugene Dupuch Law School is one type of Automatic Payments.

With Automatic/Recurring Payments, by authorizing the Eugene Dupuch Law School to charge your linked preferred payment, you are authorizing the Eugene Dupuch Law School to automatically continue charging that payment processor (or any replacement payment method account if the original account fails) for all fees or charges associated with your payment. You allow the payment processor to pay any amounts described herein and authorize the Eugene Dupuch Law School to continue to attempt to charge all sums described herein to your account until such amounts are paid in full. The Eugene Dupuch Law School will notify you in advance of any change in the amount to be charged for a recurring payment.

By allowing the Eugene Dupuch Law School to authorize payments for your account, you (i) are providing Checkout Information that it is true and accurate; (ii) authorize the Eugene Dupuch Law School to charge you for the applicable service; and (iii) authorize the Eugene Dupuch Law School to charge you for any other paid features of the applicable service that you choose to sign up for or use. You agree to provide the Eugene Dupuch Law School with updated Checkout Information upon the Eugene Dupuch Law School’s request and any time the information earlier provided is no longer valid.

By authorizing a reoccurring payment, you accept that your payment details are stored with the Eugene Dupuch Law School and/or its payment platform providers for the purpose of processing and completing the payment of the service. You may withdraw your consent to make a reoccurring payment.

You waive, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protection law, any and all rights to withdraw from any purchase agreement made via this website. After the expiration of 7 days, your purchase shall be deemed final. Donations and reoccurring payments are non-refundable after 7 days and recurring payments must be manually canceled.

For cancellation of Recurring/Automatic Payments, you can log into the website and navigate to Your Account Page to manage or cancel your payments. To request cancel a recurring payment Click on your account details and to see your subscription order details of cost and frequency or to cancel a subscription. You will then receive an email notification to confirm and finalize the cancellation of the reoccurring payment.
