Kevin J. Farrington

Clinical Practicum
Kevin J. Farrington, a former Gazetted Officer of the Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF), currently serves as Tutor at the Eugene Dupuch Law School Legal Aid Clinic. While with the RBPF, he worked in the Legal Office within the office of the Commissioner of Police; the Tracing, Forfeiture and Money Laundering Investigation Section of the Drug Enforcement Unit; the Police Training College; and the Strategic and Policy Branch. In addition to his law enforcement experience, Mr. Farrington was a Prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney-General.
Mr. Farrington holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with honours from the University of the West Indies, and International Diplomas in Anti-Money Laundering, and Governance, Risk and Compliance from The Bahamas Institute of Financial Services. Mr. Farrington is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Farrington undertook his barrister’s training at the Eugene Dupuch Law School and was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in 2009.
