Darron Ellis is the course director for Civil Procedure and Practice II and Law of Remedies. Mr. Ellis is a former litigator with the law firm of Davis and Company. While with Davis and Company his practice focused on civil and commercial litigation where he earned a reputation as an astute and hard-working attorney.

Mr. Ellis completed undergraduate studies at the University of the West Indies where he earned a Bachelor of Laws degree with honours. Thereafter, Mr. Ellis undertook his barrister’s training at the Eugene Dupuch Law School in Nassau and was called to The Bahamas Bar in 2008. Mr. Ellis later earned his Master of Law (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of the West Indies in 2012. Mr. Ellis is also a Stipendiary and Circuit Magistrate (Actg.), having been appointed since June 2016.
