Extension Of Application Deadline – Council Of Legal Education Eugene Dupuch Law School
Due to anomalies created by the COVID -19 pandemic, the date for application to the Council of Legal Education, Eugene Dupuch Law School (EDLS) for the 2020/2021 academic year is extended to August 31, 2020.
This applies only to applications to attend EDLS. There will be NO option to transfer to another Council of Legal Education Law School.
Application for entry to the EDLS shall be made by persons ordinarily resident in:
- The Bahamas
- British Virgin Island
- Turks and Caicos Island
ALL COMPLETED APPLICATIONS, along with relevant documents should be sent to EDLS via email to the email address [email protected]. The Admissions Office will NOT process a form which is illegible or incomplete.
(i) Applicants must ensure that by August 31, 2020 EDLS is in receipt of:
- the completed application form, and where applicable completed entrance examination form https://eugenedupuchlaw.edu.bs/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Entrance-Exam-Application-Form-Amended-November-2014.pdf;
- copy of the receipt indicating that the EDLS application fee ($50.00) and, where applicable, equivalent of US$150.00 has been paid for onward transmission to the Norman Manley Law School ( Applicants are advised to contact the Admissions Office at [email protected] for banking information);
- a recent passport size photograph;
- the first three pages of the passport or other proof of citizenship.
(ii) Applicants must ensure that all other relevant documents, namely copies of references, LL.B Certificate, and where applicable scholarship letter and marriage certificate)must be sent as soon as possible to Registrar, Dawn Burrows at [email protected]
(iii) Applicants must make arrangements for a transcript from the LL. B. awarding institution to be sent directly from the awarding institution to the Registrar Dawn Burrows at [email protected].
