The Commercial and Financial Services Law Clinic of the Eugene Dupuch Law School in conjunction with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners will be holding their annual Commercial Law Moot on Friday 19th March 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Returning champions Lennox Paton will meet challenger Higgs and Johnson. The teams will be mooting on an estate planning question written by Mr. Sean McWeeney QC. The Moot judges are the President of the Court of Appeal, Sir Michael Barnett, Madam Justice Indra Charles and Mr. Justice Ian Winder.
