The ICTY: a Conspectus by Judge Burton Hall

Judge Burton Hall is a Judge of the United Nations Residual Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) and a former Permanent Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). Between 1990 and 2009 he held judicial offices in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of The Bahamas serving as Chief Justice from 2001 to  2009. Judge Hall is a former Course Director in Constitutional Law and Legal Systems at the Eugene Dupuch Law School.
