Former Tutor Appointed Supreme Court Justice of the Commonwealth Of The Bahamas
Former Tutor Ian Winder has been appointed as a Supreme Court Justice of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Justice Winder joined the Eugene Dupuch Law School as a member of the full-time faculty in August 2009. He was the Course Director in Civil Procedure and Practice I and II. Justice Winder’s many contributions to the Law School included coaching the Law School’s International Environmental Moot Court Teams. In 2014, the team was successful in advancing to the finals. More recently Justice Winder was a facilitator in the Environmental Law and Policy Conference Clinic Workshop held in June of 2014.
