The STEP/EDLS Moot is an initiative of the Commercial and Financial Services Law Clinic (CFSC) of the Eugene Dupuch Law School and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Bahamas (STEP). It involves issues related to the law of trusts and estate planning.
