EDLS Tutor Keenan Johnson guest lectures at Stetson Law Winter Intersession Program

Eugene Dupuch Law School (EDLS) Tutor, Keenan Johnson, had the opportunity to guest lecture for one week, December 26-30, 2022, at the Stetson University College of Law ( Stetson Law) Winter Intersession program hosted by the Truman Bodden Law School (TBLS) in George Town, Grand Cayman. Participating in the program were law students from TBLS and Stetson Law. Mr. Johnson taught the students a course on Company Law and Corporate Governance. EDLS, TBLS and Stetson Law, located in Gulfport Florida, are members of the American Caribbean Law Initiative ( ACLI).

The ACLI is a membership organization of educational institutions in the Caribbean and the United States of America which have a shared goal of establishing a network that will be a resource for reviewing and evolving the law of participating nations. The mission of the ACLI is to advance the common interest of its members in the growth and development of the Caribbean Basin and to facilitate collaborative relationships by strengthening the legal development and legal institutions of the Caribbean Basin.
