Book Presentation by Justice Dame Anita Allen

The Eugene Dupuch Law School celebrated International Women’s Day this year with a book presentation by The Honourable Dame Anita M. Allen, DBE.

Dame Allen presented the school with a copy of Pioneering Caribbean Women Jurists, a signature publication by the Caribbean Court of Justice, in which Dame Anita is featured.

“We are grateful to receive this book today, a very fitting occasion as we recognize IWD and Women’s History Month and join with organizations globally in celebrating the achievements of women. Dame Anita has been a mentor and inspiration to many young legal professionals, not only in The Bahamas but in the region and we congratulate her for the inclusion in this outstanding collection of female legal luminaries,” expressed Eugene Dupuch Law School, Principal Tonya Bastian Galanis.
