The Clinic runs over 14 weeks and the participants meet weekly for 3-hour sessions. The Commercial Law Clinic introduces the participants to varied aspects of a commercial practice from banking and financial services to commercial agreements and licensing. Participants will be engaged in activities ranging from the practical rudiments of company formation and management to conducting commercial litigation and arbitration.
